Our structure scales financial facilities to invest in high-performing, wealth-building clean energy assets through grants, impact investment, partner equity contributions, debt, and state and federal tax incentives. We optimize the capital stack to ensure cash flows to the local partners and returns for investors.
Through our revolving construction loan fund, we made $5.6 million in loans to five projects. In addition, our team has developed, financed and structured more than $200 million of investment into clean energy projects, including community solar, microgrids, electrification and energy efficient buildings.
Working Power is developing a pipeline of about $65 million investments and 20MWs of projects.
