Niki Molina

Niki’s commitment to scaling the banking industry’s capacity to support clean energy in communities is evidenced in her efforts overseeing all operations, financial underwriting, and asset management for Working Power solar projects.

With 18 years of experience in community banking, her expansive knowledge made her well-suited to serve as an advisor to the DC Green Bank’s DC PACE program. Before joining Working Power, her most recent position was Portfolio Manager at John Marshall Bank, where she was responsible for asset management, underwriting, and loan documentation for the bank’s robust community development, non-profit, and commercial real estate lending portfolios. 

Niki holds a Business and Commercial Lending Certificate from the American Bankers Association.
