
Ian Fischer
Co-Executive Director & Founder
Committed to community economic development and clean energy innovation, Ian directs the strategy, investments, and scaling of Working Power. He has extensive experience developing community-centered clean energy projects utilizing creative approaches to public and private equity to drive climate resiliency.
Over his career, Ian has:
- developed and operationalized the infrastructure for DC PACE, a first-of-its-kind program;
- overseen $150 million in capital development into solar, microgrids, efficiency, and resilience projects; and
- directed multidisciplinary teams partnering with states and municipalities nationwide to design and execute energy efficiency and renewable energy programs as Vice President of Clean Energy Solutions, Inc.
Ian holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Yale School of Management and a BS in Biology from Brown University.
