
Heather Coleman
Heather has more than two decades of experience in high-impact, intersectional leadership and power building across climate policy, climate justice, clean energy transformation, and community revitalization. She served as a founding funder of Working Power and provided early stage capital to finance the construction and operations of community-owned clean energy projects.
She previously served as Senior Director of the Environment Program at Wallace Global Fund, a family foundation where she seeded and scaled innovative climate strategies and economic transformation initiatives. Heather also recently served as a member of the Roundtable on Macroeconomic and Climate-related Risks and Opportunities at the National Academy of Sciences.
Heather has a Master’s degree in Environmental Management from Yale University’s School of the Environment and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Vermont.
